Important Information For Clients Regarding COVID-19 Virus

Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), we are taking additional precautionary measures (per the recommendations of the Provincial Chief Medical Officer) within the hospital to keep our staff, doctors, animals, clients, and visitors safe, while continuing to provide essential patient care.

Book An Appointment

We have increased our sanitizing protocols around the hospital for client and staff safety to allow us to remain OPEN.

Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic. Our veterinarians and veterinary team all wear masks during appointments. We request that clients also wear masks when coming into the building. If you are experiencing any symptoms we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Our Protocols & Procedures

As we are all aware, the recommended protocols for businesses and other public spaces are being regularly updated to address the ever-changing risk levels posed by COVID-19. Our hospital strives to keep our staff and our clients safe by following the protocols laid out by Canada's Chief Public Health Officer and the Provincial Chief Medical Officer.

When you book an appointment for your pet, please ask what the current protocols are regarding bringing your pet in for an appointment at Timmins Animal Hospital, or call us anytime for clarification on our safety protocols.
